Overview
The 2019 Microsoft Nonprofit CXO Summit brings together a select group of nonprofit leaders and technology experts to explore cross sector partnerships and innovative solutions to drive social good. Attendees will have the opportunity to network, meet with Microsoft Tech for Social Impact members, gain actionable insights, and get inspired by fellow nonprofits using technology in innovative ways to drive their missions.

Attendee Check-In
The Summit check-in desk will be located at the entrance of the Evergreen Ballroom, and will be open during the following times:

  • Monday, March 25: 4:30-7:00pm
  • Tuesday, March 26: 6:30am-5:30pm
  • Wednesday, March 27: 7:00am-5:30pm

Please be prepared to present a valid government-issued photo identification (e.g. driver’s license, passport) to pick-up your event badge and materials onsite.

Event Location
The event will be held at the Hyatt Regency Bellevue (900 Bellevue Way NE, Bellevue, Washington 98004). The Evergreen Ballroom on the 1st floor (lobby level) of the hotel will serve as the main meeting location. The hotel is situated in the heart of Downtown Bellevue, adjacent to a wide variety of restaurants, shopping, and other services.

Hotel & Travel

If you have already reserved a hotel room at the Hyatt, please refer to your confirmation e-mail that was provided directly from the hotel for pertinent hotel check-in information and details.

Transportation
Attendees are responsible for flights and ground transportation. If traveling from Seattle-Tacoma International Airport, taxis, rideshare services (e.g. Uber, Lyft, etc.), Shuttle Express, and other options can be accessed from the Ground Transportation Plaza on the 3rd floor of the Seattle-Tacoma airport parking garage.

If you are renting a car, please follow signs from baggage claim to the offsite rental car facility at Seattle-Tacoma airport. Parking rates at the Hyatt Bellevue are $28 per day/overnight for self-parking (entrance on NE 10th Street marked Bellevue Place), and $38 per day/overnight for valet parking.

Attendees are responsible for flights and ground transportation.

Evening Events
You are cordially invited to a Welcome Reception at the Hyatt Regency on Monday, March 25 from 5:00-7:00pm, sponsored by Blackbaud. Join us for cocktails, appetizers, and a chance to meet other attendees as well as representatives from Blackbaud’s nonprofit team to learn how Blackbaud and Microsoft are partnering to help your organization drive more impact. You’ll also be able to pick up your event credentials and materials during this time.

There will also be a cocktail reception planned for the evening of Tuesday, March 26 from 6:00-8:00pm at The Parlor, just across the skybridge in Lincoln Square, sponsored by Avanade. As the leading digital innovator on the Microsoft ecosystem, Avanade is proud to support Microsoft Philanthropies and Tech for Social Impact at this year’s Summit.

Meals
Breakfast, lunch, snacks & beverages will be provided as part of the event. Dinners are the responsibility of each attendee. We will make every effort to accommodate dietary requests that were noted during the registration process.

Dress & Weather
The event is business casual. Oftentimes temperatures can fluctuate in meeting rooms, so we suggest dressing in layers. Note that the average temperature in Bellevue during this time is a high of 56 degrees (Fahrenheit) and a low of 40 degrees.
